"I have been
in the remodeling business for over 16 years serving as both a designer and a
director of a remodeling company. I am a graduate of MATC with an associate
degree in Interior Design. I am a Certified Bath Designer and Wisconsin
Registered Interior Designer."
"My involvement with professional organizations
includes program committee with NARI, seminars for NARI and MBA, numerous board
positions for the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath
Association and board positions with the Interior Design Coalition of
Wisconsin."
"On a personal level, I have 2 children and 5
grandchildren. I enjoy gardening and, would you believe it, remodeling my home.
My husband refers to our home as my erector set. We are now in the process of
building a new home in which I will be able to take my imagination to a new
level. All of these experiences allow me to give you, my clients, a dream space
with the least amount of problems. I enjoy working with people to create a
unique space. I believe the only limitation we have is our imagination."

"Ever
since I was a child I enjoyed decorating. My mom used to let my sisters and I
paint our room. We probably changed it every other year and rearranged our beds
as often as we could. We had a very large space and there were four of us so we
always tried different things. I received my Associates Degree in Interior
Design from Milwaukee Area Technical College in May, 2000. My husband teases
that it took me 10 years to earn a 2 year degree. It's true that between
working and raising 3 children it did take that long but was well worth it. I
served my apprenticeship with a company that designed assisted living centers
for the elderly. Although this area of design is important, it's impersonal and
routine. I then began working for a remodeling company that specialized in
kitchen and bath remodeling. Meeting with the homeowner and helping them plan
their room is what I really enjoy. I want to make them happy. My husband and I
have built two homes and remodeled one. This has given me experiences that help
in understanding the process of how things get done and in what order. My
background allows me to help run the remodeling process smoothly."
